Life saver!

I’m from the blue mountains and was staying the night in the city only to realise that I forgot my eye mask! I quickly googled “eye mask” and closets location and it guided me to the QVB shop! I was met by Melissa who was so kind and warm and served me a herbal tea and understood 100% the importance of an eye mask in a hotel room. The linen is so luxuriously soft! Easy to clean and I always iron once dry to create that luxe feeling! Thank you for saving my night iKOU!
