  • Is iKOU made in Australia?

    Yes, iKOU is made in Australia!

    We are based in the World Heritage Listed Blue Mountains, proudly making our products in this beautiful area since 2007.

  • Are iKOU products certified organic?

    iKOU uses certified organic ingredients to make our organic skincare and body care. We qualify as true organic by Australian standards and can label our products organic as we meet the minimum 95% certified organic ingredients in the products we label as “organic”.

    While the ingredients we use from the growers are certified, we choose not to buy a certification logo for our finished products to keep our products affordable.

    It's the same way that we can prove we are Australian-made without buying the "Australian-made Kangaroo logo" to certify this fact.

  • Is iKOU cruelty-free?

    Yes, iKOU is a genuinely “cruelty-free” company.

    As a 100% vegan company not only do we not test on animals, but we also do not use any ingredients derived from animals.

    iKOU has never, and never will test on animals, and despite high demand, we refuse to sell into countries like China where import animal testing is mandatory.

    iKOU, Australian-made skincare and all our ranges are truly cruelty-free.

  • Are all iKOU products safe in pregnancy and while breastfeeding?

    Great news- all iKOU skincare and body care except our “Muscle Relax” range are suitable in pregnancy (and all while breastfeeding)!

    If you want to avoid caffeine, then you would also exclude our black teas and Zen green tea in our tea range.

    iKOU is the perfect choice in pregnancy and breastfeeding if you are seeking natural and organic products.

  • Where's my order?

    You will have received a tracking number via email when we sent your order. This will include a link to track the progress of your order. If you didn’t receive this, check your junk. Generally we dispatch within 24 hours on business days, and our courier takes between 1-3 days to deliver after this. Orders containing essential oils are sent via Australia Post who may take longer than our couriers due to Covid-19 delays. 

  • How quickly can you deliver?

    We regularly get fan mail raving about our fast delivery service! Generally we dispatch within 24 hours, and our courier takes between 1-3 days to deliver to all areas of Australia after this. 

  • Do you ship overseas?

    Yes we do! We use Australia Post, and the cost will calculate after you enter the address on your chosen order. Please note: We cannot ship certain items overseas due to being dangerous goods for international shipping. These include essential oils and diffuser reeds, which will be noted on the product page you order from.
