Shipping policy

IKOU's Shipping and Delivery Policy:

$9.95 for delivery for orders under $125

Free delivery for orders over $125.

Your order will be sent via Courier or Australia Post. Generally all deliveries will be received (Aust only) within 5-7 days of order. Please note there may be delays during sale periods.

We do not fulfil orders on weekends and public holidays, your order will be shipped from the next business day

All prices quoted on our website are inclusive of GST.

International freight:
Freight costs are for delivery into country only, and do not include local taxes and duties. These will vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with the appropriate local authority to determine if any taxes or duties apply before placing your order.

Wholesale Shipping:

IKOU has Wholesale specific shipping rates and thresholds please reach out to our Wholesale team for further information.
