It’s amazing how organising and de-cluttering opens up energy and removes much of our mental toll, allowing us to move forward more freely.
The next step is SLEEP.
Getting a regular pattern of sleep times and a consistent 8 hours of sleep can be game changing to the way we feel.
We cope better with challenges, make better decisions, and feel more energised when we have adequate sleep.
Try monitoring the times you go to bed and when you rise, and analyse the duration and consistency.

The Wellness Journal options ask you each day if you are stressed or balanced/ calm, tired or energised and flat or happy.
Almost always you will find the times you report feeling good you will notice your sleep the night before was good too.
Bring attention to your rest cycle by calculating the time you need to go to bed to get 8 hours of sleep.
Simply work out what time you are aiming to wake up, and calculate back 8 hours, plus add a little time to wind down before you fall asleep.
Try this for the next few days and see if you feel more energy and less stressed.
