    Breathe Wellness is inspired by the Japanese concept of Shinrin-yoku which means “Forest Bathing”. Research in Japan found that feelings of health & wellbeing increased from the simple act of immersing oneself in a forest of Pine trees, wandering amongst nature and allowing the sensory experience to wash over you. 

    Breathe Wellness includes the essential oil benefits of Eucalyptus, Hinoki Pineand Lemongrass.

Linen mists - a must for a relaxing night's rest.

Love the linen mists so much that I have both scents!

Lightly misted on a silk pillowcase and in the bedroom, the best way to wind down after a long day.
