The Interval is a spend-based loyalty program. Your membership level is determined by your total eligible spend over a rolling 12-month period. Both online and in-store purchases contribute toward membership spend. As you move through the tiers, you unlock additional rewards and benefits.

For a limited time to celebrate the launch of The Interval, if you’re an existing IKOU customer your previous 12 month spend will be taken into account from the day of joining to determine your tier level.

Your balance is the total spend on valid purchases in the previous 12 months once discounts, gift cards and returns have been removed.

Your spend balance includes valid purchases only. The following are excluded:

• Discounts
• Gift cards
• Returned items

Your level is based on your total spend over the past 12 months. To stay in Level 2 or Level 3, your total spend must continue to meet that level’s threshold.

The Interval is based on your eligible spend over the previous 12 months. As older purchases move outside this rolling period, your membership level may change if your spend no longer meets the required threshold.

Your membership will not expire. However, your level status will be re-assessed yearly based on spend and the relevant level applied to your membership.

Once your membership has been finalised, you will have access to the rewards associated with the level you have joined. Certain rewards are specific to certain dates, events or launches, and will not be immediately available to you.

You will be notified via email when your balance is updated and you qualify for a new reward or level. You can also check the ‘profile' page on the IKOU website. Make sure you are logged into the account associated with your The Interval membership when you complete your order so that the system knows you are eligible.

Yes, you can redeem multiple eligible rewards or perks in the same transaction, provided each reward meets its individual terms and conditions.

To ensure purchases are linked to your membership, always provide the same email address that is associated with your The Interval account when shopping in-store.

Yes. Most rewards can be redeemed both online and in-store unless specified, provided you're shopping using the email address linked to your The Interval membership.

To receive your birthday reward you must:

• Add your birthday to your account before your birthday.
• Be subscribed to receive email communications.
• Have an active The Interval account.

If you believe you're eligible but haven't received your reward, please contact Customer Care.

Rewards must be redeemed before the transaction is completed and cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or sent separately afterwards.

If your reward is still valid, it will remain in your account until its expiry date and can be redeemed on your next eligible purchase.

If your reward has expired, please contact Customer Care. We may be able to review your account and consider an extension on a case-by-case basis.

No, The Interval memberships are individual and cannot be combined or transferred.

No. The Interval membership and rewards are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred or redeemed by another person.

Sometimes duplicate accounts are created if different email addresses have been used online or in-store. Our Customer Care team can review your accounts and determine whether they can be merged.

Some rewards, exclusive offers and membership notifications are sent via email. If you unsubscribe from emails, you may miss important loyalty communications and rewards.

Yes, you can terminate your membership at any time via the IKOU website, or by contacting our Customer Service Team. Once your membership is terminated, any outstanding and future rewards will be void. If you choose to rejoin the interval your past rewards and accumulated spend will not return to your account.
