Spa & Retail Manager- Berry NSW

As the Retail Manager, you will lead our Berry boutique, overseeing daily operations and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, and maintaining the highest standards of store presentation.

Beyond operations, you’ll play a key role in fostering a positive and supportive team culture, coaching and developing staff to reach their full potential. We are looking for an inspiring and positive Retail Sales Assistant who is passionate about wellness, skincare and creating exceptional customer experiences. This is a rare chance to bring your love of retail together with your interest in clean beauty and self-care.

Your day will include offering exceptional customer service with a five-star, personalised approach. Creating meaningful connections with guests and helping them find the perfect products.
