  • DESCRIPTION

    To exfoliate, renew and revitalise skin.

    Reveal fresh, new skin with a perfectly balanced combination of AHA sugarcane and fruit extracts for enzymatic exfoliation. Native river mint and chlorophyll give an antioxidant boost and rejuvenated glow.

  • HOW-TO APPLY

    Apply a generous layer over freshly cleansed skin. Leave for maximum 10-12 minutes before rinsing off with cool water. Use once per week.

    *NOTE- Some people may feel a tingle from the AHA’s as they exfoliate the skin. If you don’t feel a tingle it is still doing its work, it can vary from person to person.

  • KEY ACTIVES
    • Five botanical extracts to deliver natural Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHA’s) resulting in soft, smooth skin.
    • Sugarcane: Glycolic acid has the smallest molecule of the AHA group allowing it to reach the deeper layers of the skin. It loosens older skin cells allowing them to shed and reveal smooth, new skin. It also allows the capillaries to dilate and deliver more oxygen to the skin cells for increased intracellular efficiency, increasing collagen synthesis.
    • Billberry: Lactic acid benefits to soften and boost moisturisation. Reverses cutaneous atrophy to strengthen ageing skin for a more youthful appearance.
    • Orange & Lemon: Citric acid benefits to exfoliate the outer layers of the skin surface.
    • Sugar Maple: Malic and tartaric acid improves skin tone and elasticity. Brightens and boosts complexion clarity.

This mask is so underrated!

Coming into my 30's my skin has drastically changed from eczema prone, dry and dehydrated to combination skin! Never had bumps or pimples on my skin even as a teenager as my skin never produced an oil. Seeing how I couldn't adjust to the change with my gentle skincare routine with other Ikou products, this mask literally worked it's magic. It did everything it said it would do and my skin is now back on track. The scarring from picking my spots, the tiny dots and lumps have now faded and diminished. I only have used it twice in the last fortnight and my skin looks so much better already! Note: I only applied this mask to the areas on my face of concern avoiding my eczema patches. (Currently using this mask in combination with the Ultra Cleansing Face Gel and the Green Superfood Booster Drops)

We recommend 10-12 minutes as the perfect time for this mask. As it is based on AHA’s it does it’s work perfectly in this length of time. After this simply rinse off to neutralise the exfoliating effects and apply your favourite iKOU serums, oil and moisturiser as you please to rebalance the PH of the skin.
