IKOU — Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter: IKOU, ABN: 99 605 943 897, Address: 33 Whitton St, Katoomba 2780.

2. Eligibility: Open to residents of Australia aged 18 and over, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families.

3. Promotion period: Entries open 2pm 12th June 2026 and close midnight 30th June 2026.

4. How to enter: Sign up to IKOU’s email list during the promotion period to receive one 1 entry. Members who also provide a valid mobile number receive one 1 additional entry, for a maximum of two 2 entries per person.

5. Prize: One (1 )  prize of AUD $500 in the form of a Gift Voucher. Total prize pool: AUD $500.

6. Draw: The winner will be drawn at random on 1st July. The draw is a game of chance; no skill is involved.

7. Notification: The winner will be notified by email and/or SMS within 7 days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

8. General: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. By entering, entrants consent to receiving marketing communications and agree to the Promoter's Privacy Policy. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time, though this may forfeit eligibility.

9. Limitation: To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss arising from the promotion or prize.
