Calming and soothing

I diffuse this oil in my bedroom and use in banksia seed pods in guest bedrooms. It is calming and soothes my nervous system, creating a sanctuary for sleep or quiet times with a book. It is a beautiful subtle fragrance that I love and it is a staple in my essential oil collection.
