    Easy wonderful book to add to your coffee table

    I am still reading this book, but admire Naomi digging deep to help with find a cure for their eczema . Our lives are way too busy, so we should take some time to show our bodies some respect and using the amazing products that they have created will allow this to happen.

    An inspiring book

    There is much to take from the book in relation to life and looking after ourselves. I have highlighted many quotes in the book, such as "If you need more space to breathe, take it" . I keep the book on my bedside table.
