    Breathe Wellness is inspired by the Japanese concept of Shinrin-yoku which means “Forest Bathing”. Research in Japan found that feelings of health & wellbeing increased from the simple act of immersing oneself in a forest of Pine trees, wandering amongst nature and allowing the sensory experience to wash over you.
