 Breathe Wellness is inspired by the Japanese concept of Shinrin-yoku which means “Forest Bathing”. 

Research in Japan found that feelings of health & wellbeing increased from the simple act of immersing oneself in a forest of Pine trees, wandering amongst nature and allowing the sensory experience to wash over you. Studies found the reported benefits of lowered blood pressure, reduced stress levels, increased immunity and energy came not only from the stillness, but also from inhaling the essential oil vapours emitted by the Pine trees. 

Breathe Wellness includes the essential oil benefits of Eucalyptus, Hinoki Pine and Lemongrass.

Large Candle BREATHE

I purchased a small BREATHE candle to try, I have since purchased it in the Large size. It smells absolutely beautiful!! So calming and fills the house with its stunning scent that reminds me of being at a beauty salon having a relaxing pamper massage or facial.

I can’t recommend it enough, to at least try it, I’m sure you’ll fall in love with it as I did. I’ve purchased it for others as a gift now also & it’s been a big hit. We’re all hooked!
