    This Ultra Gel Face Cleanser formulation will remove impurities from deep within the pores while maintaining optimum hydration balance. With apple extract, honey myrtle, Australian Kakadu plum and canadian willowherb to clear and revitalise the skin.

    *This natural gel cleanser can also be used with "zoning" technique. If you have combination skin, or get breakouts on your chin only, you can use this on those areas, but continue to use Recovery Face Cleansing Creme on the rest of your face.

  • KEY ACTIVES

    Australian Lemon Myrtle: Acts as a natural anti-bacterial, that also assists in the balancing and removal of excess sebum.

    Canadian Willowherb: Anti-inflammatory, antioxidant. Williowherb also has an antibacterial action that is effective for addressing blemishes. Acne occurs when hair follicles become clogged with dead cells and sebum. Bacteria called “Propionibacterium Acnes” feed on the dead cells and sebum, which causes an inflammatory response that triggers the pistules and cysts we see in acne. Willowherb is able to destroy Propionibacterium Acnes and reduce the number of acne lesions. It does this without damaging the skin.

    Apple is also rich in natural Alpha-Hydroxy acids (AHA’s) that help to gently exfoliate your skin and break up the proteins that hold skin cells, making them great for dull or uneven complexions.

Clean and calm teenage skin

I bought this for my daughter 14 year old daughter. Her skin wasn’t too bad but just the normal oiliness. She was using my Ikou creme cleanser which was fine but from reading the website, the gel seemed to be a good option to try…and it was. Her skin is clearer and far less congestion. Another winning Ikou product.

Amazing for acne prone skin

I’ve waited for almost six weeks to provide a review on the products I bought because I wanted to see the real impact on my skin. The gel is great in that it’s light and gentle on my skin. But more importantly for myself, is that I have been using it as part of my skin care routine religiously for the last six weeks, and I have noticed that I am breaking out less and less. My skin has been very acne prone for almost 3 years, and this is one of the first things that has actually worked for my skin! Yay to no more acne break out… now working on hyperpigmentation
