• WEEK 1: De-Stress: A guided meditation to help unblock the central nervous system to help bring your body into a para- sympathetic state of rest and relaxation. This guided meditation will help you see through more present and grounded eyes, reduce inflammation in the body and clear a foggy mind. SESSION VIBE: De- Stress candle, hand cream and essential oil. AFTER SESSION: Rest & Relax tea.

• WEEK 2: Forest Bathing: A walk in the forest- a visualisation meditation that encompasses the effects of forest bathing for the mind, body and soul, take a walk with us barefoot through the Hinoki pines of Japan. SESSION VIBE: Paired with the Breath Wellness Oil, the Fir Needle scent will soothe and invite a walk in the woods. AFTER SESSION: White Tea and Peppermint tea.

• WEEK 3: Sleep: A Yoga Nidra meditation to focus and calm the mind to prepare us for a deep and restful nights sleep. This meditation allows us to focus on our body in the present and set an intention/sankalpa to ease us into our sweetest dreams. (Yoga Nidra done correctly can allow your body to feel it has had up to three hours sleep just from the meditation) SESSION VIBE: Paired with Sleepyhead Rollette, Rest essential oil to invite a sweet sleep escape. AFTER SESSION: Rest and Relax tea.

• WEEK 4: Tranquil Heart: A heart opening meditation to allow our hearts to shine inwards to fill us up with love and gratitude to ourselves first before we can over flow to those around us. SESSION VIBE: Paired with tranquil heart oil, Peace candle and diffuser reeds to seep into a space of un-conditional love. AFTER SESSION: Berry Boost Tea

• WEEK 5: Balance: The importance of balance, connecting soft and hard to allow us to feel equilibrium in all aspects of our lives- whether it is to tackle an illness, a deadline at work, or keeping up with the responsibilities of life. When we balance the mind, the body then balances too, and we project this essence of balance into the work we do and the relationships we have. SESSION VIBE: A practise of alternate nostril breathing (Nadi Shodhana) paired with Ground and Balance essential oil, Hygge candle in a space filled with balancing qualities, to settle and cultivate a balance state. AFTER SESSION: Australian Native tea.

• WEEK 6: Inspire: Cultivating Inspiration with a attention and intention based mantra meditation. This is a word of phrase that you choose or I guide you to choose to help calm the mind and draw in a sense of inspiration to the aspirations you have for your life. SESSION VIBE: Paired with the Inspire oil and Inspire Rollette. AFTER SESSION: Zen tea.
