iKOU is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and positive Retail Sales Assistant for our iKOU QVB skincare boutique.

As the Retail Sales Assistant you provide support to the Store Manager and find joy in inspiring our guests to experience the benefits of organic, Australian made, home spa rituals. 

You will feel satisfaction and see results that come from working closely with your guests and providing first class customer service. We are a unique business, with company goals of wow-factor service and care for our guests being the KPIs we set for our team rather than traditional budget tracking. Passion and knowledge are at the heart of our culture, and we believe this is the key to success. 

You will love being an ambassador for a company that inspires rest and relaxation, in skin, body and mind, not only for our guests but for our team! 

This role is based in our beautiful QVB, urban sanctuary.

We are open to this being a part time 3 day per week role, or a 4 day part-time role to suit our best matched candidate. 

You will need to be available one weekend day.

Skills & experience;

  • Experience within a retail or hospitality environment
  • Experience within a Beauty / Wellness industry highly regarded
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills
  • Great communication skills
