Absolutely Magical @

The Rest essential oil is an absolute must for me when I am too stressed to fall asleep. If you focus on each smell you can literally feel it doing everything it is described to do. The Lavender soothes and slows my heart rate. The Orange clears my thoughts to aid sleep and the Marjoram literally knocks me out in less than 5 minutes. I have actually weaned off sleeping pills with this oil alone. Perfect in the iKOU diffuser or a few drops on my pillow and I'm out like a light. Can't recommend highly enough ++++

Disappointed

I have other Essential Oils from Ikou which I absolutely love but this one is so disappointing. The aroma is not there. I understand that it is for sleep and should not be strong in aroma. I’ll continue to re order my other ones though.
